Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent bad odor of fish, meat and oil of leavings stuck to dishes from leaking out of a dish washing and drying machine by deodorizing.
CONSTITUTION: The air circulation route composed of a drying heater 20, a washing tank 2, a dehumudifying heat exchanger 25 and a circuit duct 28 through which hot air circulates and flows back to the washing tank 2 is formed and a deodorant catalyst 27 is equipped in this route. The bad odor of leavings stuck to dishes smells in the drying process after dishing and rinsing is killed by the deodorant catalyst 27 equipped in this route, which prevents from leaking of bad odor so that anyone in the kitchen where the dish washing and drying machine is furnished does not smell bad odor.
