To provide a dishwasher which switches a washing sequence in accordance with the temperature of fed washing water by automatically judging the temperature of the washing water.
Dishes are housed in a washing tub 3 and washing water is introduced to the tub 3 through the pipe 5. The temperature of the washing water introduced to the tub 3 is detected by a thermistor 12 to discriminate whether the washing water is high temperature water heated by a water heater or low temperature water which is not heated. The result of this discrimination is stored in a storage part 11a disposed at a controller 11. The controller 11 selects the washing sequence of a hot water feeding operation mode when the washing water is at a high temperature in regulated plural times of operation in the past and selects the washing sequence of a water feeding operation mode when the washing water is at a low temperature in regulated a plural number of times of the operation in the past.
