This dishwasher is provided with a front panel on the front face, has a drawer type washing tub movable in the front/rear direction when taking in and out the dishes, a hot air fan for sending drying air, and a hot-air heater for heating wash water and/or the drying air; an air-cooled heat exchange unit 13 fixed to the washing tub, having a heat exchange plate for partitioning a channel for passing the high-humidity hot air sent from the washing tub in a drying process, from a channel for passing a cooling air, and executing the cooling and dehumidification; an cooling air suction port 15 and a cooling air exhaust port 21 connected to the air-cooled heat exchange unit 13 and provided on the washing tub side below the front panel on the front face side of the washing tub, and a control device provided at the front panel on the washing tub side and controlling the washing process and the drying process, wherein the control device is cooled by the air flow from the cooling air exhaust port 21.
