PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the positioning accuracy of head sliders in a head suspension device and to increase their resistance. SOLUTION: In this head suspension device, plate-like pair of arms 61-2, are lapped whose root parts are clamped with screw members 63, while top ends of lapped arms are fixed with adhesive 68-1 with each other. An arm module 70-2 has a higher rigidity as compared with that in a constitution in which top ends of lapped arms are free. Since lapped arms are fixed as an integral part, the rigidity of arm modules 70 become higher as compared with that in the constitutions in which arms are only lapped, thus, resonance points of the modules 70 become higher and amplitudes of top ends at resonances are kept small and the positioning accuracy of head sliders is improved.
