Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact disk holder which can receive a total unit in an existing cover simultaneously with excellent in strength.
SOLUTION: In a disk holder 1 comprising an internal thread part 15 capable of fitting an external thread part 3 for mounting the disk holder of a disk grinding device G, a holding surface part 5 capable of holding a circular polishing material sheet 79 having a center hole by a surface fastener 11 and a protrusion part 7 insertion engaging with the center hole of the held polishing material sheet 79 to be capable of impeding separation of the polishing material sheet, the protrusion part 7 is formed of metal, the holding surface part 5 is formed of a resin, the internal thread part 15 is formed in the protrusion part 7, and thickness directional dimension of the disk holder 1 is contracted.
