Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely prevent an optical disk from inclining, falling off, etc., with a simple constitution even under the state having vibration, impact, etc., by holding the optical disk which is set on a loading tray, in the horizontal state.
CONSTITUTION: When the optical disk 80 is fitted into a 1st holder 10 and pushed downward, a center hole 81 of the optical disk 80 is abutted on each projected part 12b of a chucking part 12. After that, the optical disk 80 is pushed further into the side part of the holder 10 and horizontally placed on a disk receiving part 11. When the disk 80 rides across each projected part 12b, each projected part 12b is released and protruded from the side part of the holder 10 to engage with the peripheral part of the center hole 81, the optical disk 80 is thereby kept in the horizontal state as it is. Next, a driving part of the tray 1 is actuated by the operation of a disk player 3, and the tray 1 is arranged at the disk loading position in the player 3. Then, the disk 80 is rotated by a spindle motor 50, and the information of the disk 80 is read out by an optical pickup 60.
