To provide a disk-shaped tool whose attachment/detachment to/from a rotating shaft is made easy, and to provide an electric tool equipped with the same.
There is provided a disk-shaped tool equipped with, at its center, a screw hole 30 for threadably engaging it with a rotating shaft 63. On a circumference with the screw hole as its center, a plurality of through-holes 40 are formed in a circumferential direction at given intervals. Intervals C between at least some of the through-holes are made so as to enable a pair of engagement portions 72, 72, provided in a tool 70 for performing an attaching/detaching operation to/from the rotating shaft, to be engageable with the through-holes. Further, the through-holes 40 are also used as dust collection holes for collecting powder dusts generated in use.
