Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dismantling machine which can be transported with its cylinder mounted on its base-side end boom, and to provide a method of transporting the base-side end boom.
SOLUTION: According to the structure of the dismantling machine, a revolving body 2 is set on a traveling body 1 via a revolving device 3, and a multi-stage boom 4 derricked by the cylinder 5 is mounted on the revolving body 2, followed by attaching a dismantling tool 6 to the tip of the multi-stage boom 4. Then a base-side end of a cylinder body 5a of the cylinder 5 is pinned to a base-side end boom 41a, and a distal end of a piston rod 5b is pinned to the revolving body 2, to thereby mount the cylinder 5 on the base-side end boom. During transportation, the cylinder 5 is kept mounted on the base-side end boom 41a.
