Abstract:
A dispenser comprising an actuating element (14), which is partly actuated in a defined partial load for dispensing a fluid medium, where a reverse actuation is provided between two partial actuations of the actuating element, two slide rings together with link paths separate the partial actuations from one another, a locking unit (27) is provided in the link paths for preventing the partial actuations of the actuating element, if no minimum actuation force is applied to the actuating element, and the locking unit is overridden by the application of the actuating force by one of the rings, is new.
