To provide a dispenser device provided with a sealing structure in place of O-ring and easy in the exchange of a syringe.

The device is provided with a same structure as the conventional one except the structure of an adaptor 30. The adaptor is provided with a bag body similar to the outline of the inside wall surface of the syringe, having the outside diameter smaller than the inside diameter of the syringe 12 and freely expanding and shrinking, for example, formed from a rubber sheet as a projected part projecting in the syringe 12. The adaptor has a hollow chamber 36 inside the bag body, is provided with an air flow-in and out pipe 38 communicating with the hollow chamber 36 and for making air flow-in and out and has a communicating pipe 39 for communicating a tube 18 and the syringe with each other to penetrate the bag body. The syringe is air tightly sealed by introducing air into the hollow chamber 36 through the air flow-in and out pipe to expand the bag body to allow the outside peripheral surface of the bag body to close contact with the inside wall surface of the syringe. The adaptor is easily detached from the syringe by discharging the air from the hollow chamber through the air flow-in and out pipe to shrink the bag body to separate the outside peripheral surface of the bag body from the inside wall surface of the syringe.
