A dispenser fixing device is provided with two loading frames 20 and 20 long in back and forth directions for installing the supporting legs of both of the front and rear sides of the dispenser, locking members 60 and 70 for fixing the supporting legs on the loading frames 20, the supporting legs fixed on an installing base for supporting the loading frames 20 at prescribed heights and connecting frames 50 long in a horizontal direction for interconnecting the loading frames 20 and 20. A plurality of members 51, 51 and 52 for mutually sliding the connecting frames 50 in a longitudinal direction are formed via bolts and nuts so as to be freely extended/contracted.
