Abstract:
PURPOSE: To ensure dispensing of stocked supplies, by providing an actuating means to change stocked supplies to a dispensing condition in response to a specific signal from a transmitter and a receiver. CONSTITUTION: This towel dispenser 10 has a housing room 11 provided with facing sidewalls 12 combined with a pivoted cover 13. The closed pivoted cover 13 can be turned open for exchange of a dirty towel with a new clean one. At the bottom of the housing room 11, there is a flexible shield 15 with a paired holes 16 at the free end. A transmitter 30 sends out a signal from an antenna 32 when a clean towel is run out, and the signal is received by an antenna 37 of a receiver 35 in the housing room. The receiver activates a pin or piston 41 of a solenoid 40 to move backward, and the shield 15 is moved to such a position that the towel 26 can be used.
