Abstract:
To provide a displacement measuring method for accurately measuring relative displacement of post-installed concrete from prior-installed concrete.SOLUTION: A displacement measurement method of a concrete dam body 100 comprises steps of measuring distortion of prior-installed concrete 11 in a body thickness direction of a dam body at a plurality of positions using a first optical fiber cable 21 buried in the prior-installed concrete 11 and measuring distortion of post-installed concrete 12 in the body thickness direction of the dam body at a plurality of positions using a second optical fiber cable 22 buried in the post-installed concrete 12 to calculate relative displacement of the post-installed concrete 12 from the prior-installed concrete 11 base on measured distortion of the prior-installed concrete 11 and measured distortion of the post-installed concrete 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
