Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displacement measuring device never increasing errors in displacement integration.
SOLUTION: This displacement measuring device comprises a reference image storage part; a measuring image storage part; a reference image candidate storage part; and a signal processing part calculating displacement of a measuring object by use of image data stored in each of the storage parts. The signal processing part stores, upon establishing a predetermined reference image switching preparation condition, a candidate of a new reference image in the reference image candidate storage part, computes the quantity corresponding to the distance between the reference image and the reference image candidate in the establishment of the reference image switching preparation condition, adds an average value of the quantity corresponding to the distance between the reference image and the reference image candidate to the position of the reference image upon establishing a predetermined reference image updating condition, and stores the reference image candidate as the new reference image in the reference image storage part.
