Abstract:
To provide a display control device, a display device, a display control method and a program which can more properly execute part color processing.SOLUTION: A display control device includes an extraction region setting unit 82 which sets a selected region as an extraction region when detecting that the operation of selecting a partial region of a video displayed on a monitor 60 as the extraction region is executed; a color extraction unit 83 which extracts the color from the extraction region; a color setting unit 84 which sets a range of the selected color as a range of the designated color when detecting that the operation of selecting the range of the color is executed on the basis of the extracted color extracted by the color extraction unit 83; a part color processing unit 86 which executes processing of leaving the designated color set in the color setting unit 84 and making colors other than the designated color monochromatic for the video displayed on the monitor 60; and a display control unit 81 which displays the post-processing video data processed by the part color processing unit 86 on the monitor 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
