Abstract:
To provide a display control device and a display control method capable of facilitating recognition of existence of a transmitter even when an advertisement is being displayed in a digital signage.SOLUTION: A display control device includes: a communication section for performing communication with a receiver; a display control section for causing a digital signage to display an emergency-case image corresponding to an emergency case together with an advertisement image; and an operation signal acquisition section for acquiring an operation signal which indicates an operation corresponding to the image displayed in the digital signage. The display control section causing to display a transmitter image to be used in an operation to transmit a fire signal indicating occurrence of a fire when the operation signal acquisition section acquires the operation signal corresponding to the emergency-case image. The communication section transmits the fire signal to the receiver when the operation signal acquisition section acquires the operation signal corresponding to the transmitter image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
