A facility management apparatus includes: an application storage means 4 for storing an application 10 having a display data style sheet for describing definition description data for defining content data containing contents relating to display and a method of displaying the content data; an application execution management means 1 for performing execution processing of the application 10 stored in the application storage means 4; an application screen display management means 2 which performs screen display processing based on the display data style sheet sent by the execution processing performed by the application execution management means 1 and sends a screen display signal; and a display means 3 which performs display based on the screen display signal.
