The LCD controller for radio communication terminal which is connected to a base station through a radio line and conducts radio communications with the base station is equipped with a frame memory for displaying the moving picture on an LCD 404 and storing multiple color numbers and an LCD control part 403 which has a look-up table for storing color numbers and color data so that they correspond to each other and displays color data corresponding to a color number read out of the frame memory on the LCD 404 as a graphics picture, and determines which of the moving picture and graphics picture is preferentially displayed according to whether or not the color number read out of the frame memory is a specific number when the moving picture and graphics picture are displayed on the LCD 404.
