Abstract:
To provide a structure in which the deterioration of a display device is suppressed.SOLUTION: A bootstrap circuit includes a first transistor including a gate electrode, a first electrode, and a second electrode, a capacitor element electrically connected between the gate electrode and the second electrode, and a second transistor electrically connected to the gate electrode. In a first period, the second transistor is turned on, a first analog voltage is supplied to the gate electrode, and the first transistor is turned on, and precharge voltage, which is lower than the first analog voltage, is supplied to the second electrode. In a second period, the second transistor is turned off, a second analog voltage is supplied to the first electrode of the first transistor, a third analog voltage is supplied to the gate electrode in accordance with the first analog voltage and the second analog voltage using the capacitor element, and the second analog voltage is supplied to the second electrode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
