Abstract:
To suppress early effect of TFTs without lowering productivity while implementing a sophyscated active matrix type display device using TFTs.
The display device is constituted by forming thin-film transistors 12, 13, 14 and 15 on a substrate 10 having an insulating surface and by forming organic electric field light emitting elements 1, 2, and 3 thereupon. The display device is provided with a conductive layer 11 which coves the entire surface of the substrate 10 between the substrate 10 and thin-film transistors 12, 13, 14 and 15.
