To prevent contamination by dusts and improve the overall appearance of a device by providing a surface sheet forming part of the enclosure of the device that covers a touch panel disposed on the display panel and closes the opening of the enclosure of the device.
The display device comprises: a camera case 2 having an opening 23; a liquid crystal panel 4 disposed with its display surface 4a facing the opening 23; a touch panel 5 placed on the display surface 4a of the liquid crystal panel 4 at least capable of selecting functions displayed on the display surface 4a by being pressed; and a surface sheet 6 that covers the surface of the touch panel 5 on the other side of the liquid crystal panel 4 and closes the opening 23 forming the same surface as that of the camera case 2 in a manner to become part of the camera case 2. A reinforced region C of which resistance force to the pressing force applied from the outside is strengthened is disposed in a predetermined area of the surface sheet 6.
