Abstract:

The display device includes an insulating substrate, a thin-film transistor formed on the insulating substrate containing a first electrode, and a second electrode having a first part faced to the first electrode, a second part protruded and extended from the first part and with a first width, a third part extended from the second part with a second width different from the first width, a pixel electrode connected to the second electrode, a barrier wall surrounding the pixel electrode, an organic layer formed on the pixel electrode and a common electrode formed on the barrier wall and the organic layer.
