Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method for a display device, in which decrease in reliability can be suppressed.SOLUTION: In one embodiment, a manufacturing method for a display device includes forming a lower electrode over a substrate, forming an insulating layer overlapping with the lower electrode, forming a first aluminum layer over the insulating layer, cooling the first aluminum layer, forming a second aluminum layer on the first aluminum layer, forming a thin film over the second aluminum layer, etching the first aluminum layer, the second aluminum layer, and the thin film, forming a partition wall including a lower part including the first aluminum layer and the second aluminum layer, and an upper part including the thin film and protruding from a side surface of the lower part, forming an organic layer existing on the lower electrode, and forming an upper electrode existing on the organic layer and in contact with the lower part of the partition wall.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
