CONSTITUTION: A switch and display panel 4 equipped with a display which displays the information of an information input card 6 is provided at the center lover part of an installment panel. A card insertion mechanism part 19 provided with an insertion port 22 to insert the information input card 6 is provided at the front of the display of the switch and display panel 4. The insertion port 22 is provided so as to be inserted to the back side of a panel 25 for display (between the display and the panel 25 for display) in a state where it is set in parallel with the panel 25 for display.
