Abstract:
To provide a completely flexible display device which is flexible not only at its display part, but also up to its driving circuit part.
This device has a display part 2 equipped with a flexible panel substrate 4 serving as a display screen and display elements arranged longitudinally and laterally on the opposite surface of the panel substrate 4 from the surface as the display screen, and a driving circuit part 3; and the driving circuit part 3 has a semiconductor element 8, formed of a flexible semiconductor material, mounted on a flexible driving circuit board 5.
