Abstract:
To provide a device which effectively displays time without reducing the time for the original function of displaying an advertisement or notice and to provide a device whose display data being displayed can be identified when confirming the state of display after the display data is selected.
The display device is so constituted that an identification mark of time data or display data can be displayed in an auxiliary display area by setting, on the prescribed position in a display section, the auxiliary display area smaller than one row of the display section.
