Abstract:

To improve the touch of operation to be acquired on the pushing operation of a display panel.

A display device is provided with a display part 6 equipped with a flexible display panel 11 and a plurality of optical fibers 12 arranged so that the end face in the optical direction is abutted on a display face 11a of the display panel 11, wherein each of the optical fibers 12 is arranged so as to be movable in the optical direction, and information is displayed on the display panel 11 through each optical fiber 12. Also, the display device is provided with a detection circuit 7 for detecting that the optical fiber 12 has been moved.
