The display device includes: an organic EL panel with a laminate formed by laminating a positive electrode, an insulating film having an opening on the positive electrode, a light-emitting layer including organic film and a negative electrode of a metal material on a substrate in this order, a part corresponding to the opening in the laminate being defined to be a segment display part serving as a light-emitting region; and a circular light polarization plate disposed on a back surface side of an positive electrode disposed surface of the substrate to cover the organic EL panel. A reflection member having a window part smaller than an outer peripheral part of a region surrounding the light-emitting region where the negative electrode and the insulating film mutually overlap and larger than the opening is disposed on a surface of the circular light polarization plate opposed to the substrate between it and the substrate. A tone adjusting member which is almost equal to the insulating film in transmission color is disposed between the circular light polarization plate surface opposed to the substrate and the reflection member or on a back surface of the circular light polarization plate surface opposed to the substrate corresponding to a reflection member disposed region.
