To improve reliability by making it more difficult for a front panel stuck on a touch panel to come off than before.

A display device includes a display panel including a first substrate and a second substrate, a touch panel disposed on the substrate on the viewer side of the display panel, and a front panel fixed on the touch panel. The front panel has a plane size larger than the touch panel and has an opaque region in a periphery thereof and has an adhesive applied to a boundary part between the opaque region of the front panel and sidewalls of the touch panel. The adhesive is colored in a color similar to the color of the opaque region in the periphery of the front panel. The color of the opaque region in the periphery of the front panel and the color of the adhesive are of the same color.
