Abstract:
To provide a thin illumination display device with a simple configuration.
The display device comprises a flat plate like display member composed of a transparent light conduction member. The display member is supported by a frame-like supporting frame. A light source including a plurality of LED elements is fixedly housed in the supporting frame. The plurality of LED elements in the light source are arranged along a longitudinal direction of an outer side end face of the display member while facing at least the outer side end face. The emission light beams of the LED elements are entered into the display member through the end face of the display member.
