Abstract:
To reduce touch position detection errors caused by capacitance noise due to external stress.SOLUTION: A display device 1 includes a display panel 2 having touch detection units Tx, Rx for detecting touch positions by a capacitance system, a flexible substrate 5 connected to the display panel 2, and a frame body housing the display panel 2 and the flexible substrate 5. The touch detection units Tx, Rx output sensor output values corresponding to the capacitance at touch positions. The flexible substrate 5 includes a detection unit 5a that detects a position change, on a touch surface of the display panel 2, within the frame body, and a control unit 10 that adjusts the touch positions on the basis of the detection result obtained by the detection unit 5a and the sensor output values.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
