Abstract:
To provide a sealing technique for preventing moisture permeation since it is known that a light emitting device using an organic EL is deteriorated by moisture.SOLUTION: A light-emitting apparatus having a light-emitting device using an organic EL is manufactured over a support substrate (stainless steel, duralumin, etc.) having high heat dissipation and flexibility, and the light-emitting apparatus is sealed by using a laminate having high light-transmitting property and non-moisture-transmitting property, and highly transparent and non-moisture permeable glass with a thickness of 20 μm or more and 100 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
