To provide a display device having a new display form by which the mirror video image of an object to be observed and the real mirror video image of another object to be observed can be simultaneously observed.
The display device 1 has: a reflection surface 62 which has a specular reflection function; a real mirror video image forming optical system 6 which forms a real mirror video image P that is the real image of the object to be observed arranged at a predetermined position at the plane symmetry position of the object to be observed with respect to a predetermined symmetry plane; a first object to be observed 82 which is arranged in a position for observing an mirror video image Q that is a virtual image produced by specular reflection at the reflection surface 62 from the same side as the real image P with respect to a symmetry plane 6S; and a second object to be observed 72 which is the object arranged in a space of a side opposite the first object to be observed 82 while holding the symmetry plane 6S therebetween.
