PURPOSE: To reduce the power consumption quantity by configuring the display input part of the device, which controls the cyclic information transmission, with the photo coupler and providing a control switch circuit in the common fly-back line part to switch the photo coupler in time sharing.
CONSTITUTION: In a display input part, for example, 1 word/10 bits-display inputs A...are inputted from the power ⊕ side and are led to the fly-back line part through Zener diodes 211, 212..., photo coupler parts 311, 312... and diodes 271, 272... respectively, and are connected to the power side. In a common fly-back line part, switch part 32 which controls the switching of transistor 28 through photo coupler 29 in scanning circuit 30. That is, only when photo coupler 29 in switch part 32 becomes an operation state, 1-bit signal outputs are taken out from outputs 261, 262...of photo cupler parts 311, 312... respectively.
