CONSTITUTION: An organic film 2 colored with paint film or printing is applied upon the surface of substrate 1 for number plates or panel cover of time pieces, and still upon the surface thereof, a half mirror like metallic thin film 3 is applied. And further, a transparent or semitransparent protective film such as clear et al can be applied upon the surface of the half mirror like metallic thin film 3.
