Abstract:
To reduce a delay in the start of drawing a line drawn according to a position indicated by an indicator in a projection image without losing the correctness of the line, thereby alleviating a user's discomfort.SOLUTION: Coordinate information indicating coordinates of first and second indication positions in a line drawn by an indicator is acquired through acquisition processing 32. First correction processing 34 and first generation processing 36 are executed on the coordinate information to generate an image signal S1 indicating a line segment after correction of distortion of a projection system. Second generation processing 38 is executed on the coordinate information to generate an image signal S2 indicating a line segment before the correction of distortion of the projection system. Pre-processing 42, second correction processing 44, and conversion processing 46 are executed based on the image signal S2 to generate an image signal S3 representing a line segment after the correction of distortion of the projection system. Based on the image signal S3 and the image signal S1, an image signal S4 representing a composite image of both signals is generated. The first correction processing 34 and the second correction processing 44 are common in being keystone correction processing for correcting trapezoidal distortion of the projection system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
