Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display panel inspecting device by which an inspection pre-processing can be efficiently attained, and inspection can be quickly and highly precisely operated. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a means for correcting position deviation by position correction mark, a means for setting an inspection point, and a means for setting and judging a judgment value as basic constitution, and they can be operated by a mouse. Thus, the position correction mark setting or inspection point setting or the like can be easily and efficiently operated, and precise inspection such as position deviation correction including rotation, concentration measurement, and judgment by the judgment value setting can be attained.
