To provide a display panel for OA equipment which is excellent in responsiveness, whose structure is simple, whose cost is low, whose power consumption is small and moreover which is excellent in visibility and an angle of view.
This display panel is constituted by arranging a plurality of indication elements 1 each of which is formed by sealing two kinds of dry particles 6, 7 whose colors and charged polarities are different between a transparent substrate 3 and a counter substrate 4 and also by providing two kinds of electrodes 8, 9 which give static electric fields to these particles and whose polarities are different on the side of the counter substrate 4 while forming them in line and by imparting necessary polarities to respective electrodes 8, 9 of respective display elements 1.
