Abstract:
To provide a URL easy to access to a mobile phone in any systems in a case that a server should be divided into a plurality of servers in a system including a plurality of electronic advertisements and bulletin boards.
A server is divided into a portable server 107 for access processing of the mobile phone 115 and a back end server 101 for managing advertisement information and user information or the like. Furthermore, in order to extend a system flexibly, exchange between the portable server 107 and the back end server 101 is conducted by web service.
