Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a hologram display system which has a small chromatic aberration and uses two reflection type holograms.
CONSTITUTION: This holographic display system features 0.8<(θ2-θ1)/(θ4-θ3)<1.2, where θ1 is the incidence angle of incident light from a light emission display means 1 to a 2nd hologram 2, θ2 the diffraction angle of light diffracted from the 2nd hologram 2 to a 1st hologram 12, θ3 the incidence angle of light which is diffracted by the 2nd hologram 2 and made incident on the 1st hologram 12, and θ4 the incidence angle of light diffracted by the 1st hologram.
