To provide a display unit holder which is excellent in an operability on mounting, causes no remarkable deterioration of holding power and no remarkable increase of weight due to a secular change and permits holding and fixing a display unit.

This liquid crystal display holder 2 is provided with a bottom plate part 22 on one end surface of an approximate U shape frame 21. On the frame 21, two engaging projections 21a are projecting disposed facing the opening part side on a marginal part of the other end surface side of frame side which stands opposite to a U shape opening part. A pressing member 23 is deposed on the frame side part corresponding to the U shape opening part of the frame 21 so as to be integrated into one body with the frame 21 and exhibit proper elasticity. The pressing member 23 applies a pressing force which is directed toward the frame side having engaging projections 21a to a liquid crystal display panel part 11 of a liquid crystal display unit 1 which is stored inside the frame 21.
