To obtain peculiar heat radiating effect not obtained by conventional technology by providing an useful cooling technology applied to a desktop computer system having a liquid crystal display.
This cooling module of a a display unit integrated computer system having a CPU 9 and a flat display 5 is provided with a coolant liquid circulating means consisting of tube-shaped conduit filled with coolant liquid and a heat receiving head 8 fixed to at least one heat releasing part including the CPU 9. A part of the coolant circulating means is arranged perpendicularly at a gap space of the back side of the flat display 5, and the absorbed heat at the heat receiving head 8 is radiated through a part of the coolant circulation means arranged at the gap space of the back side of the flat display 5 by using the coolant liquid circulating in the coolant circulating means as the heat transfer medium.
