Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display unit using a thin light emitting diode the assembly of which is simplified and the maintenance of which is facilitated.
SOLUTION: A laminate body 30 is formed by joining an intermediate panel 31 which consists of a translucent resin material and which has a plurality of openings 33a to 33h arranged in a line at prescribed intervals, display plates 40a to 40h inserted into the respective openings and a pair of slits corresponding to the respective openings and formed between the openings and on a side wall or both side walls, with a panel at least the surface panel of which has translucency on the front and rear surfaces. A plurality of light emitting diode light sources 70, 75 are arranged in a frame member that covers the slits among frame members 50 that are attachably/detachably mounted around the laminate 30 and fix the laminated body opposite to a pair of the slits. As the resin materials having the translucency constituting the intermediate panel 31, transparent, colorless or colored acrylic resin is used.
