Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make a process sate detecting device compact and to enable a user to use the device in an atmosphere where explosive gas exists and in a high temperature area by inserting a soft member easy to be deformed in the gap between a clear, brittle member and a metal vessel for tight contact.
CONSTITUTION: On a cover 116, in order that the reading of a display 140 may be observed from outside, a clear member 404 is mounted. In the gap of the cover 116, a soft and easy-to-be-deformed member 406, such as alminum, is inserted, and the member 406 is extremely deformed with a jig so that it is made to flow into the gap between the member 404 and the cover 116 for filling. Further, the tight joint part of the cover 116 and the member 406 is given a shape having minute voids parts 116a and 404a into which, when the member 404 flows, a part of it flows.
