To provide a removable bodily excrement remover preventing mixing of excrement and diffusion and leakage of the excrement from around an excreting part, while making it easy to replace only a container holding the excrement.
The disposable bodily excrement remover comprises an excrement holding container 15 having an excrement storage part 11 at one end of a shell part 9 comprising a bellows construction and a clamping part 10 at the other end, with a skin contact ring 16 attached to the clamping part 10, and with an air-permeable, liquid-impermeable sheet 12 bonded to the terminal end face of the storage part 11 and a water-absorbing polymer bag placed in the inner bottom of the storage part 11; openings 5a, 5b for inserting the excrement holding container 15 in a predetermined position of a crotch band 2 extended over and engaging a waist band 7; and a holding container clamping band 1 provided with pressing parts 6a, 6b for pressing both a skin contact ring 16 that prevents diffusion and leakage of the excrement and the clamping part 10 into close contact with the surface of the skin corresponding to those parts, thus engaging and clamping the surface of the skin.
