To transport plural sets to a site when a disaster occurs to use one set for one person to conduct operation efficiently by storing one set of disposable operation instruments which are subjected to sterilization in a plastic case.

One set of disposable operation instruments 2 which are subjected to sterilization is stored in a plastic case 1. The operation instrument set 2 is formed by at least a scalpel of a disposable structure, a needle holder, plural sutures with a sutural needle, an injector for local anesthesia, a gauze and the like, and stored at the bottom 1a in the plastic case 1. An intermediate cover 13 made of plastics is removably supported and arranged on the open edge of the plastic case 1. An operation cap cloth and operation gloves are stored in the intermediate cover 13. Thus, when a disaster occurs, plural sets are transported to a site to use one set for one person so that the operation can be performed efficiently.
