Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable a building or the like to be quickly constructed by disposing of fiber element fiber substance to be mixed with mud-like substance, and by tamping soil in a short term.
CONSTITUTION: Water is added to coal ash, and the mud-like substance of the coal ash is regulated. After that, with the mud-like substance, the fiber element fiber substance of 10% or more is mixed, and after that, they are cast into reclamation land.
