Title:
MANUFACTURING DEVICE FOR WOUND STATOR IRON CORE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3160617
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To get manufacture device for a wound stator iron core, which can manufacture an iron core without a pressed flaw or a bend by a guide pin at the surface by retreating the guide pin upward with a mobile pin at interference between a strip material and the guide pin.
CONSTITUTION: A strip material 10 is hauled and wound around an inner guide tube by the rotation of a drive pin 38. At this time, if the drive pin 38 interferes with the strip material 10, it is pushed up by the actions of a mobile cam 45, which is supported capably of up and down sliding to the end of a cam face 44, and a mobile pin 46, which is supported capably of shifting up and down by a spring 50. As a result, the drive pin 38 enters a slot 14a at the point of time when it reaches noninterference position. Then, after lamination into a specified thickness, they are pressed into a wound stator iron core. Accordingly, for the stator iron core to be manufactured, the pressed flaw or bend caused by a guide pin can be prevented.
