To provide a distillation apparatus capable of reducing a start-up time.
The distillation apparatus consists of first to third towers 1, 2, 3, wherein the outlet of a first tower evaporator 6 and the inlet of a second tower condenser 7 are connected through a first introduction passage 12, the outlet of a second tower evaporator 8 and the inlet of a third tower condenser 9 are connected through a second introduction passage 13, the outlet of the second tower condenser 7 and the inlet of the first tower evaporator 6 are connected through a first return passage 14, and the outlet of the third tower condenser 9 and the inlet of the second tower evaporator 8 are connected through a second return passage 15.
