The distortion compensation device is provided with a plurality of distortion compensation signal generation circuits 3 and 5 for outputting the distortion compensation signals of different orders connected in parallel to a delay line 12. After adjusting the vector adjuster (variable phase shifter 141 and variable attenuator 151) of the distortion compensation signal generation circuit 5 for compensating the distortion of the high order and compensating the distortion of the high order, the vector adjuster (variable phase shifter 140 and variable attenuator 150) of the distortion compensation signal generation circuit of the low order is adjusted.
